CPL case study

Background: A pharmaceutical manufacturing company was struggling from the toll the pandemic created for their team, who was required to be in the office during the entire pandemic. Their Gallop engagement survey results underscored how low morale was across the organization.

Objective: The Chairman’s objective was to spark renewed optimism for the team and reframe their challenges into opportunities. Uplifted Promo worked with the CPL Chairman to turn the concept of “Opportunity” into a theme that would underpin their team’s goals for the upcoming year. To bring this theme to life, Uplifted Promo created an “Opportunity” logo, drawing inspiration from the company’s existing logo design. We then helped the Chairman craft an inspiring message to capture the essence of what Opportunity meant for their business, and curate a selection of branded swag as a tangible gift for the management team.

Results: During the next Gallop engagement survey, the team reported a huge rebound in morale. Uplifted promo received the following feedback: “My VP of HR just got our Gallop engagement poll back – our Gallop consultant said it’s the highest increase in engagement he’s ever seen in his 15 years working with Gallop. This engagement strategy was kicked off by a beautiful intention that came to life through working with Uplifted Promo!”

HNM case study

Background: A tech staffing company wanted to create deeper levels of engagement and inspiration within their leadership team and with their largest key customers and suppliers.

Objective: The CEO chose to work with Uplifted Promo on an annual basis to introduce a new theme each year. Together, we curated a theme relevant to the landscape of the business each year, a corresponding logo, and curated branded gifts and swag that were used for new hires, employee anniversaries, sales conferences, and holiday gift boxes.

Results: Not only did employee engagement improve, business results improved as well. The theme united the internal team around a shared vision for the year and gave the CEO an inspiring lens to frame business goals through. Sharing this theme with key customers created a deeper level of connection and loyalty and led to increased sales.
